Peter Goldman

Peter Goldman is co-founder of Fiona Festival Software, a specialised platform for film festival management. Within Fiona, Peter works across product strategy, user experience, sales, marketing and client implementation. This gives him a close view of how festivals organise their internal workflows, where operational complexity appears, and how software can support teams before, during and after the festival.

Together with the Fiona team, Peter works with film festivals across Europe, North America and beyond. His writing focuses on practical questions festival teams face: how to manage growth, how to connect departments, how to reduce manual work, and how to choose software that fits the way film festivals actually operate.

Many festivals only start looking at management software when their existing tools begin to slow them down. Peter’s articles are written to help festival teams recognise those moments earlier, understand their options, and make better decisions about their operational infrastructure.
